EXPRESS  POST: I understand and agree that Express next day delivery  means that goods are send NEXT day from when we dispatch them which is usually the following day after receiving your order. Next day also means providing your post code falls within the Network for Next Day delivery...otherwise allow 2 days.Express Post is available for Australia Only.

CUSTOM LOGOS PRINTED IN 24 HOURS: I understand and agree that these  Logo Tattoos are printed onto A4 Sheets and all you do is cut them out and apply with water and sponge. No white, formulas or web addresses are printed in this fast process. Printing  is commenced from full payment direct debit or credit card, good quality artwork supplied at the same time and scheduling this job. Goods are sent out by express post in  Australia together with Full Instructions, and a PAID IN FULL Tax Invoice receipt. Tattoos will last up to one week on the skin or can be removed instantly  with any alcohol, baby oil or sticky tape.

COPYRIGHT  AND TRADEMARKS: I understand and agree that TattooLicious prints Logos in good faith on the basis that I have supplied them logo/s  and have permission or are the copyright holder of the artwork supplied and I will indemnify TattooLicious, their servants and agents against any proceedings whatsoever that my arise from the printing by TattooLicious and their servants or agents of any  of my artwork logos that may be or are owned by another party or parties and for which I do not have permission to copy/print or use in an way whatsoever.

FULL STOCK LEVELS: I understand and agree that TattooLicious will use their best endeavours to have full stock levels of all products  at all times. However if any stock item is unavailable, TattooLicious will substitute another item/s to expedite the order. If you do not wish this to happen you must  call us on 0402 304 767 as soon as you read this.

POSTAGE  CHARGES FOR OVERSEAS GOODS: We will send goods by Regular  Airmail for an additional $15.00 AUD however we take no responsibility whatsoever for lost or missing goods sent by this method. If you want the goods sent by Insured post allow an additional $25.00 AUD which takes approx 7-10 days and a signature  is required. For EMS International Courier (which we think is the very best , fastest and most secure method) delivery is in approx. 3 Business Days and signature  required.  Allow and additional $40.00 AUD
